Public Offer and Terms of Business.
These terms explain how enquiries, bookings, service scope, vehicle information, payment and report-related support are handled.
Last updated: 21 May 2026. These terms apply to use of this website and to enquiries made to IVA MODEL REPORTS LTD, unless a separate written agreement is confirmed.
1. Company information
IVA MODEL REPORTS LTD provides customer-facing support for vehicle maintenance, repair planning, diagnostics intake, inspection preparation and report-related enquiries. The business correspondence address is 12 Elstree Gardens, Ilford, England, IG1 2QQ. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean IVA MODEL REPORTS LTD. “You” means the customer, vehicle owner or person making an enquiry.
2. Public offer
The information on this website invites customers to contact the company about vehicle maintenance, repair planning, diagnostics intake, inspection preparation and IVA model report related support. It is not automatic acceptance of an order. A contract is formed only when the service, scope, timing and any price are confirmed directly by the company.
3. Scope of services
Services may include customer intake for vehicle maintenance and repair, diagnostic information review, inspection preparation, document review and report-related customer support. The exact scope depends on the vehicle, documents, customer information, availability and written or verbal confirmation.
4. Customer information
You must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, known faults, warning lights, previous repairs, accident history where relevant, documents and the purpose of the request. We may rely on information you provide when responding to the enquiry.
5. Estimates and additional work
Any estimate or route discussed before inspection or review is based on information available at that time. If additional faults, missing information, incompatible parts or extra work are identified, the estimate or route may need to change.
6. Bookings and cancellations
A booking is confirmed only after the company accepts it. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, give reasonable notice. Costs already incurred, ordered parts or reserved time may be charged where this has been communicated.
7. Parts and customer-supplied items
Where parts are supplied by the customer or third parties, compatibility, condition and delivery may affect the service. The company is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, poor-quality, used or incomplete customer-supplied parts.
8. Inspection notes, IVA support and outcomes
Inspection preparation, notes and IVA model report support are based on information available at the time. They do not guarantee a pass, approval, registration result, statutory test result or third-party decision unless a specific written guarantee is expressly provided.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed before or at the time of the agreed service. The company may require payment before releasing completed documents, notes, reports or a vehicle.
10. Vehicle safety and access
You should remove personal items from a vehicle before any appointment. You must provide keys, locking wheel nut keys, security codes and documents required for the agreed service. If a vehicle is unsafe to drive, do not drive it unless it is lawful and safe to do so.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, the company is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of use, missed appointments, third-party decisions, pre-existing faults or problems caused by inaccurate customer information.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a service, contact the company with your name, vehicle details, booking date, service details and a clear description of the issue. The company will review the complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
